Shipping & Delivery

All Orders are shipped via Singapore Post Office, within 1 – 2 working days after payment is verified, and can be tracked at with the provided tracking number.

Items under backorder will only be shipped after arrival, and sorting.
If you have placed an order with both backordered and in stock items, we will only ship the entire order when the backordered items have arrived. If you wish to receive the in stock items first, please place your order in separate orders.

Singapore: Local registered mail (Flat Rate)- $3.50

  • 2 – 4 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Malaysia/ Brunei: Registered air mail (Flat Rate)- $9

  • 6 – 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Indonesia/ Thailand: Registered air mail (Flat Rate)- $11

  • 10 – 12 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Hong Kong/ Taiwan: Registered air mail (Flat Rate)- $13

  • 10 – 15 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Worldwide: Registered air mail (Flat Rate)- $15

  • 12 – 18 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

We are happy to ship to wherever you are! Please ensure there is someone to sign for your parcel at the given address.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full postage cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer. To avoid delays, please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package.

Import duties may be charged on your parcel when it reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Custom policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office should you have any questions relating to customs charges. Any taxes/ customs fees in regard to your purchase as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer.
